Child Care Vouchers
Parents can pay via the Childcare Voucher scheme whereby an amount is deducted and taken off your salary before tax and National Insurance. This allows parents to use part of their salary to pay for childcare that would otherwise be taxed. To find out if you are eligible, contact your HR department as most employers are able to participate in the scheme.
Universal Credit

Childcare grants
Full-time students who have dependent children are eligible for a Childcare Grant which pays for 85% of childcare costs throughout the year. The grant is available to full-time students who are receiving or eligible for the student finance package.
